Located at 123 Sullivan Road, Bassin on a cliff 500 feet from the sea. There are 2 independent flats. The landlord occupies the garden level flat. The 2 storeys above belong to the tenants. The basement flat is fully autonomous.

IMPORTANT NOTES :

1) THE GUESTS OCCUPY THE TWO UPPER FLOORS.

2) OUR HOUSE IS NO-SMOKING AND WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY PET.
